Welcome to RelayEquip. By using the app you agree to these terms. Here's the deal, in plain language.

The marketplace

RelayEquip connects buyers and sellers of used commercial equipment. We provide the platform, verification, and trust tools; the sale itself is between the buyer and the seller.

Listings & condition

Sellers are responsible for accurate listings. “Verified” means a RelayEquip inspection was recorded; unverified items are sold as-is. Always inspect equipment before you pay.

Conduct

Be honest — no scams, stolen goods, prohibited items, or impersonation. Keep deals and payments on RelayEquip, where you're protected. Harassment, spam, and abuse get accounts removed.

Offers

An accepted offer is an agreement to transact at that price; it is not itself a payment. Protected payment is being added — see Payment & payouts.

Payments (coming)

When protected payments launch, funds will be held until the buyer confirms the equipment. Until then, arrange payment directly and keep records — off-platform payment is at your own risk.

Liability

RelayEquip is a venue, not a party to the sale, and provides the service “as is.” We are not liable for the condition of equipment or the conduct of users, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
