HOW RELAYEQUIP WORKS
How does verification work?
A RelayEquip inspector checks the equipment in person, records its condition and that it runs, and the listing earns a green Verified badge with an inspection report you can open. Unverified items are sold as-is by the seller.
How does buyer protection work?
Keep the deal on RelayEquip. When protected payment launches, your money is held securely and only released once you confirm the equipment. Verified identities, in-app messaging, and reporting protect both sides today.
How do offers and counters work?
Tap Make an offer, name your price, and the seller can accept, counter, or decline — you'll see their reply in the app instantly. You can only have one live offer per item, and you can re-offer if it's declined.
How do I stay safe?
Deal only with verified users when you can, keep messages and payment on RelayEquip, inspect before you pay, and never send money by Venmo, Zelle, wire, or cash app to someone you haven't met. Block and report anyone who pushes you off-platform.
How does pickup and delivery work?
Most equipment is picked up locally in Central Texas — arrange the time and place with the seller in chat. Delivery options are being added to listings so you'll know up front how to get it home.
